|6oz beef, sautéed wild mushrooms, truffle mayonnaise, smoked bacon, Sussex brie & salad.|

Our beef is ground daily and supplied direct from a local Sussex farm. All our burgers are served with triple cooked chips in either beef dripping with meat burgers or organic vegetable oil with the vegetarian option.

Due to the presence of nuts in some of our dishes, we cannot guarantee the absence of nut traces in our menu.
A voluntary, optional service charge of 10% will be added to tables of 8 or more, all of which goes directly to the staff.
